Ticket FAQ

After two cancelled editions there is finally some good news: Paradigm Festival 2022 is right around the corner! We’ve listed the most important ticket-related information for you below.

I bought tickets in 2020/2021, are they still valid?
Yes, your tickets are still valid (even if they have an old date on them or the name of a friend). Tickets from 2020 and 2021 automatically move on to 2022, unless you’ve requested a refund at an earlier stage. In that case you’ve received your money back and your ticket has been invalidated.

I can’t find my tickets in the mailbox:

I own Stager tickets (Paradigm Festival tickets purchased in 2019), but can’t find them in my mailbox:

Do I need to do anything to have my ticket converted?
No, all tickets from previous years are automatically converted into a valid ticket for 2022. You do not need to take any additional actions and you can simply enter by showing the bar code that is on your current ticket.

I have bought a ticket via TicketSwap. I have a question about this ticket. What can I do?

Go to and click on the chat window at the bottom right of the page.

I bought tickets from someone else, so the ticket is not in my name. Is that a problem?
No, tickets aren’t personal.

Can I change my ticket to be valid for another day/different event?
No, this is not possible.

Can I still apply for a refund?
We have decided not to accept refunds anymore. Paradigm Festival is almost sold out and tickets can be traded safely via TicketSwap.

Did you buy Weekenders at an earlier stage or via TicketSwap?
A Weekender gives you access to all day and night parts.
